This is a Genz Benz GBE1200 bass amp.
It has two amps in one that can be used separately, in stereo, or blended as one. It has every feature you'd like. Go to their site for the complete list - There are WAY too many features to list. Both amp and case made in USA.

1000w TRUE watts at 4 ohms, 550w @ 8ohms, 1200w @ 2 ohms. This amp is LOUD !

Since this is about 90 lbs boxed up, let's say $880 shipped in the USA.

Michael is one of the best Leopold here on TB. This amp is a steal and I have heard it over the phone and it sounds every bit of what I thought it would sound like. Its sounds are anywhere from blues ballsy to very sharp cut thru modern to anything you'd like. The amp is very highly configurable it's a shame I have a bad neck/back otherwise I would haul it around as this is a tonal monster of an amp.
