Dillion Phoenix: Japanese-made set-neck T-Bird copy. Quality-wise, it's right there with the Gibson Studio T-Birds, and blows Epiphones out of the water. Neck pickup has
been replaced with a Seymour Duncan. A 9V holder was cleanly installed in the back, but it's been returned to a passive circuit now. Looks like the output jack was relocated from the side to the top as well. No case. Now $300 shipped to the lower 48.

Feel free to PM me with any questions. I might be interested in trades, and my wishlist includes: Epiphone Jack Casady bass, Danelectro basses, Fender/Squier Bullets, Malekko B:Assmaster (preferably germanium version), Malekko Ekko 616 delay, Foxrox Octron 2, Catalinbread SFT (possibly other C'bread stuff as well), MJM Britbender, Devi Ever stuff, various fuzz pedals, anything vintage and Japanese, or a Korg MicroKorg (or maybe Alesis Micron).

This bass never had a pickguard - no screwholes in the face.

Several inquiries, but no takers yet - it's still available.

Upon request, here's a closer pic of the covered jack on the side, along with an accompanying hairline crack:

What part of IN are you in? That's a pretty sweet looking bass and I might have some trade bait coming back to me soon. Are both pickups Basslines or just the neck?

Off-topic: my dad's got a 6-pack of that HuDey Hudy beer from when the Bengals went to the Superbowl (I think it was the '82 SB but could have been the '88).

PM'd. Only the neck pickup is a Seymour Duncan, the bridge pickup is original.

Are you sure it is MIJ? Does the other SD pickup come with it?

I am not positive - the country of origin label is long gone. And I don't have any other pickups, just the Duncan neck and OEM bridge pickups in the photos.

I thought most of them were made in Korea, but I could be wrong. The only thing that keeps me from snatching this up is purely aesthetics - I dislike black instruments and I don't like that the pickups don't match :p

I have played a few of my friends Dillion guitars (there version of an SG and LP) and they killed! So I can only imagine this is amazing... I see there is a five string on ebay :ninja:

I already have a T45 - that's all the Peavey I need for now, but thanks for the offer. PM me if you're still interested.
