Barely used SWR Instellar Overdrive preamp! I bought it a long while back, and just ended up never using it like I thought I would. I kept it in my studio, but even then, I think I've only used it once or twice. I just don't use overdrive, really.
I've gone back and forth about this forever, because it's a great preamp with some great possible sounds, but I'm trying to simplify my life and my rig, and part of that is filing down to a single rack. Medical school is coming up, and I need to simplify my life and start putting everything I can into savings.
It's lived it's entire life in a closed rack, so to my knowledge there are zero marks on it, and it's got basically zero wear. It's the blackfaced unit. I have all the original manuals for it, and of course I have the footswitch option as well, which if I remember correctly is still in the box.
For all intents and purposes, it's brand new. It's never been gigged, or even left the house.
$500 shipped takes it. I'll ship anywhere in the CONUS, and will go elsewhere for a bit additional. I'll make sure it's packed to go through hell, just in case.
If it doesn't sell, it's probably a sign that I should keep it.
I'll get pictures when I return to my house tomorrow.
Please note that there are NO MARKINGS on the face of the IO. Anything that looks like a marking or anything are just fingerprints- I should've wiped it off more before I took pictures. Anything that looks like faded logos or missing chrome are just shadows from me with the camera. The condition is immaculate and it appears just as it would on the show room floor.
There is less than 10 hours of playing time on this, and it has never left my studio. It really is basically new. Again, there is zero wear on it and it looks absolutely brand new.
