***SOLD!!!***
Lets give this another try,
Here's my custom 1 of a kind BN6 #660407. This bass was around $9k to build & I'd say that it's easily the the cleanest FBass on the west coast! I'd bet this is one of the most unique BN's to ever come out of George's shop. It's in near mint condition & was recently setup by renown San Francisco, CA luthier Gary Brawer.

It's equipped with all the standard Fbass features & was built with the following options:
-Swamp ash body
-Cherry burst finish
-Burled maple top with matching headstock
-5 piece flamed bird's eye maple & wenge neck
-Bird's eye maple fretboard
-Black hardware

History:
It was a special order build for Austin Guitars (whether it was ordered by the original owner or AG, I don't know). The original owner told me he purchased it new from AG for $7k, used briefly in studio & then became a "wall hanger." I picked it up around 2 years ago for $5.5k in Los Angeles, CA. I'm unfortunately selling because I've had mounting family financial expenses which need to be addressed.

I'm hoping to get $4.2k (shipped ConUS) obo, reasonable offers accepted. International inquires feel free to contact me.

I could be open to trade plus cash for the right bass:
-Mike Lull M5, 24fret, maple neck
-Mike Lull P/J 5, 24fret, maple neck, active tone circuit
-Sadowsky NYC P/J 5, 24fret, maple neck
-Sadowsky NYC 5, 24fret, maple neck

Thanks to everyone for looking.

You're saying you dropped the price from $4200 to $1000?

The post says "Price drop $1k." Not "Price drop. $1k." I should've clarified by implying past tense. Please PM me if you have any questions regarding this post or desired information.
Thank you.
