The former owner switched the volume knob to a smaller knob to give your right hand a little more room when playing with your thumb (palm muting). This is what it looks like now:

This bass is still in excellent condition, no dings. Comes with Zon gig bag.

Price is $2600 plus actual shipping costs. Trade for Sadowsky 5-strings or Alleva-Coppolo 5-strings (+/- cash). Also will consider other high-end 5-strings i.e. MTD, Ken Smith, Fodera.

Thanks for looking.

Whisper,

Thanks for doing the clips. The bass sounds great.

I have a Zon TJ5 Fretless that is mahogany/maple. Hearing the difference between the mahogany and ash is very telling for me. So many Zons are made from ash and I've wondered what they sound like. I realize from your clips that having a mahogany core is more my sound.

I think your price is right for your bass. Hoping that a smart buyer will snatch-it-up as a Christmas present!

Hey man,
Sorry to get off the subject here but i was researching Fender Fullerton '57 Reissues and saw you had one in sunburst for sale at one time. Im in the market for one and i know you sold yours but just had a question....do the old fullerton re-issues really have a V shaped neck profile? I heard a rumor they did and if so I will definately buy one next time i find one. I currently own a new '57 Reissue and its a beautiful bass but it has a C shape neck and i hate C's. Dont like the feel of them. I saw the pics of your old Fullerton but its hard to tell neck profiles in a pic. Can you describe it for me. Would it be considered a V or C shape? Thanks man!
