Bad Pics of a Badder Amp, 200 watts all tube, made in canada. Shipped to you in the lower 48 for $575 Or Picked up in Pittsburgh, for $545. Comes with custom made tuki cover, and a lesson in how to torment your neighbors.
This amp has a switch on the back to drive either a 4 or 8 ohm load. I have read that with a tube amp you can run at a lower impedance than listed without causing long term damage, just shorter tube life, but I have never personally run anything lower than 4. This amp does get loud even at 8 ohms driving a 2x12. But more than just loud, it sounds great.

If you check out the manual the impedance selector switch is for 4 or 8 ohms but the minimum impedance is 2 ohms. I e-mailed Traynor about this specifically and found out there would be no issue running the head at 2 ohms, although I never actually did it because my 2nd cab took awhile to get.
"The power will drop to about 175, but you'd be hard pressed to notice the difference in volume."
That's from Yorkville sound. So the power rating drops to 175 but would be negligible since you're most likely pushing a second cab.
