I bought his 3 years ago for some recording dates. It left my house for 2 recording dates and hasn't been out of the house since. I used it for about 6 months to practice with but haven't used it for about the last 6 months. It's always been in a protective bag when not in use and I'm a non-smoker. The pedal is in excellent shape with no scratches but has 4 small paint chips on the right side that are not even 1/32 of an inch in diameter. If I was going to keep the pedal I'd touch those spots up with a Sharpie and you'd never see them. As it is, you can barely see them in the photo and the photo was taken from about 6 inches away from the unit.
