Now that I have confirmation from Eminence, I remember where I got this out of...an old Avatar 1x12 cube that was upgraded to reduce the weight with the other Deltalite I had:

"Hi Favio, You have an OEM version of our Kappa-12A. It was purchased in bulk by a manufacturer.

I had no idea! I was told it was a Deltalite II when I got it here on TB a couple of years.
