OK gang, here is my 1980 G&L L1K 'hog/maple up for sale. I have 3 others and one has to fund the latest GAS. She is dead stock, strung with DR Hi Beams and comes with the OHSC. There is little fretwear and the body finish is not all destroyed like my red L1k which is why I am keeping that one, just some light buckle wear and the usual dings. Has Schaller straplocks on now but I will put the original ones on for the buyer. Very low serial number at B000738 and since the line began with 500, this is one of the very first brood. The neck is dead straight, no ski jump or twist and the action is low. There is some weathering of the headstock and the orange peeling of the chrome on the bridge is prolly due to sweat from the previous owner. The nut width is 1 11/16" which is my fav and on all of my G&L's (except the L-1505, of course).
