Too much info jammed on the other thread so I closed it opened a new one. Here are the details:
Fodera NYC, one of the last they made up on the block to fund a new Imperial build, or switch me over to a boutique J-style 5-string with a maple board. I took delivery of this in January 2012. B-string is ridiculous, action super-low, sounds great - nice and growly. 2-band eq, 34" action, alder bod, indian rosewood board, not a ding on it, around 9 lbs. Comes with Duncan Strap Locks or the originals (either/both) and the hardcase, which left my house maybe five times. Has to be played to be believed - Fodera quality all the way.
I'm looking for $3000, but feel free to reach out with offers. PayPal, Money orders, whatever is easier.
For trades, I'm intersted in boutique 5-string J-basses only: Lull, Nordy, Alleva Coppolo, Sadowsky. Reach out with what ya got. I've received a bunch of offers, but nothing quite right yet
