Hi Folks, up for grabs is my PBass, an American Vintage Series '62 Reissue with a neck date of March '83. Sunburst in colour with tortoiseshell guard, with original tweed case and with all case candy (strap, lead, keys, manual, cleaning cloth still sealed), and ashtrays fitted. Plays and sounds just like a vintage pbass should, the nitro lacquer and nickel hardware are beginning to age nicely. Condition is VGC, with a few nicks and scratches, and a small bit of buckle rash consistent with light gigging for its age.
This is one of the of American vintage reissue basses made at the old Fender Fullerton factory when it was recommissioned in '82, with all of the old dies, jigs and production techniques used on the pre CBS instruments, with great attention to detail.
Please MSG me with your email for more pics. These early Fenders are fetching up to and over $4K at the moment, this bass is priced to sell at $2600 AUD, $2550USD. Will ship to U.S.
Cheers, Julien.
