I have a 97 Warwick Fortress one (When Warwick basses were only made in one country , one factory) . It is a beautiful deep red. This is the first Warwick I have ever owned . I now get it !!!!!!!! This bass has a maple body with a wenge neck.It has the most sustain I have ever had on any bass. It is truly amazing. The Custom shop said it should go for about 1500.00 after looking at pictures of the bass. Will sacrafice for $850.00 It comes with a hard shell case.

I've got a '96 Fortress Masterman and the string spacing on mine is 19mm. But remember, a Warwick bridge is adjustable for spacing so if you wish you can make it narrower. For what it's worth mine weighs in at 8.5lbs.

Just realized this is a 5 string! those are tighter than the 19mm. I think they are 17.5, gain the spacing is adjustable but would not go out to 19mm.
