Got this bass a few months back from 123Music. I like it a lot but is a bit too similar in sound to my other bass.
Has Hipshot Supertone bridge, Ultralite tuners and Hipshot knobs installed. I will include all original hardware, pickguard and truss rod cover.

I unfortunately did not get a case with it. I've been squeezing it into a Mono Vertigo. It "fits" if you do it a certain way but was definitely not made for this instrument.

I'll knock off a few bucks so that the buyer can get an inexpensive gig bag for the bass.

That is a nice one, all the right upgrades too. Reminds me that I have to upgrade mine one of theses day now that I got JC to sign the pguard. :cool:

If I were buying it, I would invest in the bespoke case that fits it. I think with a set neck semi-HB, a gig bag would be a mistake. All depends on you budget, but this is a better bass than the Epi label would lead you to believe.

Where it really shines for me is at low volume with a really small amp with acoustic players. It has killer tone at low volume, and that is something hard to find in a bass. A lot need some big juice for the tone to blossom, but this one has is right from 1 to 10. With the lite tuners, the pesky neck dive is gone. Add an Italia strap and it's all set.

The pickup is really amazing. You get a completely different response from each impedance setting. At first, I had it set on the loud, midrangy one but, the quite one is where this bass shines. The sound of the pickup almost "disappears" and it takes on this acoustic vide. It's surprisingly responsive with effects too.

Also, just bought a V4B so I'm no longer looking for one. Might be interested in smaller amps (GB Shuttle, Ampeg Porta Flex, Ampeg Micro AV) as a trade.

Great upgrades.

These neck dive a little--the Hipshot upgrades take care of that.
The stock bridge is a little dodgy--the Hipshot upgrade takes care of that.

Someone should buy this.

Sorry about the slow responses!
Couple things:
I am no longer looking for amp trades and this bass is available without the upgrades at a reduced price.
Let's say $600 shipped for the bass stock.
