I can't believe I'm selling this. This is absolutely my favorite piece of gear. Old school point to point wiring with a 12ax7 for the pre and a 12au7 for the DI. You will hear the true sound of your bass with this pre. It is a high voltage preamp circuit that cuts through the mix no problem, especially when juicing the emphasis knob. It is midrange heaven, so much bite available, but can also get a round sound out of it as well. Warm Tube heaven! I have had great success recording and playing live with it.
