100% functional and aesthetically top notch. I finally switched mine out for a 230v version now that I'm living overseas, so literally just pulled the Euro version out of the new box and put the American 120v version in it. All included cables come with it unused.
I'll be shipping through the USPS Post office on base. They ship to a location in NY and it goes out from there. It typically just adds a couple extra days onto the shipping. Shipping costs are the same as shipping from NY, no overseas charges and stuff.
