have all the org paper work and box. has velcro on bottom. this is the best fuzz pedal ever. i just dont use it very much any more. paid $200 for it new and its been on my ata pedal board from the get go. its in like new condition. 1 very tiny ding on the front that was ther when i got it. looks like a paint bubble. very tiny, you can see it in the pics.
