I am looking to swap my five-stringer for a four stringer (the opposite action I carried out a year or two ago) whilst keeping it in the Modulus family. My focus is on VJs, FB4s, or Q4s (active or passive). Other quality graphite 4 string necks are of potential interest, though I by far prefer Modulus (simply because it's a known quantity for me).
My bass is a 2004 (operating on the first two-digits is the year theory) Funk Unlimited/Flea Bass 5 string with an Aguilar OBP-3. It plays like every other Modulus I've had in the past, which is to say fast and consistent. Comes in a Gator hard shell case.
It has the following minor flaws (all will have pictures below):
It's actually in very good shape, but it's not perfect as it's been my main bass for awhile now.

- Standard Light buckle rash on back
- fine scratches just forward of the bridge where I had a midi pickup mounted
- and a small dent (not through paint) near the volume knob
