selling my beautiful Pedulla that has basically been sitting for years. I purchased this from Zooberworx some time ago and it's a great sounding bass. It is 19mm spacing which is not working for me. Looking it over it's really hard to even find a single scratch in the paint, there are a couple extremely tiny indentations that I've tried to capture in the pictures, for full disclosure I did have the input jack replaced last year and it's fine now. Comes with generic bass guitar case. How about 1135 shipped?

what's the difference in the string spacing(17.5 vs 19)??
i'm a bit small handed...i'm guessing that with the 19mm it will be more difficult for me...?

hopefully someone else can chime in because I can't really explain the difference other than it's a little farther apart which makes it not as comfortable for me. The neck is fairly flat and wide which may work out for you but I feel like I'm reaching all the time, it may be my bad technique.

Most 4 string basses have 19mm string spacing, so 19mm on a five is the same spacing, but with one additional string. Tighter spacing can be a little more comfortable for some players, but can make slap work a little tougher. I'm pretty comfortable with 18mm to 19mm on most basses, but the Pedulla 17.5mm spacing is too tight for my taste.

That spacing is at the bridge, so the closer you are to the nut really the difference is smaller, and larger towards the bridge. To the point, it's more a difference for your right hand than your left hand :)
Bump for a great bass, GLWTS!

I don't have an ounce of neck dive on mine and its fairly light. The smallish body is well balanced with the placement of the strap button on the horn.

on my crummy bathroom scale it's showing less than 9.5 lbs...it's never neck dived on me

it was a shock going from a Musicman 5 to this bass in terms of how much lighter it was.
