I have a Benz Benz Streamliner 900 to trade?

What's the issue with it. That's the amp I'm trying to get. Why don't you like it? Be honest. I love the Eden but I'm just trying to be more compact and still get a sound close to it.

Sorry to cut in, but I think most people would tell you that those two amps sound very different from each other.

Well please fellas help me out. Cut in by all means. I'm having a hard time finding videos of this head in action. Does anyone have any clips of the streamliner 900? What are your thoughts about it?

I've never played one but reviews found here (search amps forum) suggest that it's very fat sounding, with a big, pillowy low end and somewhat restrained mids and treble, if I remember correctly.
It's been awhile since I've played an Eden but it seems to me the GK amps sound a lot more similar than the SL would, with a tighter low end and more going on in the midrange/treble area.

Burton, the first things any WT-800 buyer wants to know is just exactly what is says on the back panel, ie, does it bridge to 4ohms or only to 8ohms; and also the year of manufacture, etc. Some will not buy a U.S. Music Corp/Eden product, and prefer the Made in Montrose, MN amps.

No issue with it. I just love the sound of my wt800c and want another for backup. This little amp is killer. And it does sound a lot like my Eden but not quite. If I don't trade it I won't be heart broken because I know I'm going to miss putting in my gig bag and going home at the end of the night. What model is your WT 800?

I've owned a lot of Eden gear and recently, the GB STL 900. It was a great little amp, very powerful and plenty of low end, but a bit too limiting in the mid frequencies (like an SVT). The Eden definitely has more control of the mids (which I like) so I sold mine and bought a Shuttlemax 12.2. Very light weight amp with lots of mid freq control.

Wow, I own a WT-800 I just bought off of these forums in August that was manufactured the on the same day (8-15-03.) Mine has a serial number that is 3 higher than that one (1059)

Interesting that these both have gone up for sale on this forum in less than 2 months.

Also, for the technically inclined, this is a WT-800A, revision E model. It has the NL-4 outputs for the Bridged out, instead of the banana clip outputs, but is functionally a normal WT-800A besides that. So 400 watts per side at 4 ohms, 800 bridged at 8ohms.
