Hey folks,
I have a short scale Hamer Slammer that I've had sitting around for a long time that I was going to mod for a piccolo bass but I haven't the time or money for it at the moment so I'm looking to hopefully sell it or trade it.
Here are the specs:
4-string
Neck: Maple
Body: Hardwood (Usually Basswood from my research)
Fingerboard: Rosewood
Frets: 20
Pickup Configuration: 2 Soapbar
Tuners: Chrome Die Cast
Volume knobs: 2
Tone knobs: 1
Tailpiece: Standard Chrome
The bass is not immaculate but is in really good condition overall - I have tried to show any and all major imperfections in the photos - they are:
1. Chip on the front bass side on the edge of the body - shown in pic.
2. Chips on lower horn on the back of the body - as shown.
3. Scuff on the bottom of the body above the strap button - looks bluish - I have no idea what it is or how it got there.
4. The usual smaller scratches/swirls that are expected on a black bass that's several years old.
Pickups and volume/tone controls all work perfectly, this little bass is actually a pretty good sounding instrument as is, which is why I bought it to begin with. Action is at medium height right now, since I haven't spent much time with it since I got it I haven't tweaked or played with it as far as setup goes.
Can include a full size bass gig bag to ship in for another $20 if desired.
Looking to sell it for around $125.00?? or trade for:
EMG PJ or 35 series or 40 series pickups +/- cash
EMG BTS pre + cash
Spector Tone Pump Pre (trim pot model)
??? Make me an offer???
I'm located in Canada, so please keep that in mind, will consider any and all serious offers.
Thanks for looking!
