I haven't had this bass long but it's a bass up for sale that I've always wanted and the boss said I have to let one go in order to get another one. Because I'm looking at another jazz bass, I decided to let this jazz bass go.
It is a 1996 model. It has the Suhr preamp and pickups and they sound great. I will post a short clip later. The pictures were taken by the previous owner but nothing has changed but the preamp. I installed the stock Suhr preamp back in so the Sadowsky style knobs are no longer on the bass. The original Fender knobs are back on. Action is perfect. It probably can be lowered but I follewed the Fender setup guide. It's perfect for me. I will include the stock red pickguard along with the one in the pictures. The bass is in great shape to be 17 yrs old. There are a few minor nicks on the body that I will pin point in pictures. It will ship in a Fender hardcase.
