This one is hard to let go of. Absolutely beautiful '63 reissue. Great condition Nitro finish. Looks like a closet classic but is genuine Fender custom handmade before there was a custom shop. These are the basses that put Fender back on track after CBS. Seriously the closest thing you can buy without paying $5 grand for a real '63. Body and neck have aged 30 years together so the tone is unreal. Only reason I'm considering letting this go is I m more comfortable with the B neck. This is the old school C neck (1.75) but super thin front to back. Very comfortable but I have small hands so the reach to the E is a bit too much for me. It's same specs as the original Jamerson or Palladino bass. Will sell for $1950 or would consider a trade for a 70-72 P bass with B neck, a Bluesman vintage P or a Sadowsky Will Lee ( why not?)
