Warmoth Korina Bass ! Dinky style body, which is a little smaller than a standard Jazz Bass body. The body is Korina wood, which has a very round , warm sound. Beautiful midrange and great attack. I do not recall the wood type for the Neck/ Fingerboard. The pickups are Lindy Fralins. They sound fantastic ! Gotoh bridge. This bass used to have a Bartolini 3-band preamp in it . It has been removed, but I still have it , and will include it with the Bass. Therefore , There are a couple of knobs that are not being used, and therefore are not connected. Right now , its just Vol/Vol/ Tone. Since the body is rear loaded, you can easily install the preamp of your choice with out any altering to the body itself. I don't remember the wood type for the neck and fingerboard. The bass plays and sounds amazing ! Light weight and comfortable ! Gig Bag included.
No trades please ! Cont. US only ! $650.00 Shipped

Do you have a picture of the back of the neck? I am interested in your bass..........also are the fralins standard fralins or over or underwound? Thanks in advance!

Here is a pic of the back of the neck.
To the best of my knowledge , the Fralin's are overwound.
Not 100% sure though. Most of the Fralin's I get are overwound.
Thanks, Danny

Danny -

I'm very interested - and prepared to buy - but I need some additional info, please:

Am I right that this is a Warmoth neck as well as the body?

Do you know if the neck contour is regular or slim-taper?

Can you find out what the woods are?

And what is the true weight of the bass, please?

Many Thanks,
- THORRR :bassist::cool:

Hi,
Yes, the neck and body are Warmoth. It is a regular taper neck . I can't seem to remember the wood type for the neck/fingerboard. I will port the exact weight today.
Thanks !

Danny - I checked with Warmoth and it looks like it
might be either Padouk or Satine (Bloodwood).

It looks more like the Satine (Bloodwood) to me and the fingerboard
looks like ebony.

Check this link to see pics of the woods & see if they jog your memory.

Funny Thorr....I though it might be mahogany and rosewood fingerboard

The pictures don't match Warmoth's pictures of those woods.. and that's confusing since they all get different tonal responses. The back of the neck looks red in the pics
most like the Satine Bloodwood.

oh well !

:hmm:
