Details

I'm selling my Genz-Benz ShuttleMAX 9.2 bass amp.
The amp is in excellent condition... Perfect working order with only minor scuffing on the top. Power cable, footswitch, rack ears, and owner's manual are included. I bought the amp brand new about a year and a half ago, and it has been kept in a rack case the entire time I've owned it. It has been taken care of very well. I also recently upgraded the preamp tube to a NOS RCA 7025, which is one of the best American preamp tubes ever made. It sounds amazing!

I'm selling the amp for $450, shipped anywhere in the lower 48 states.

Assume no footswitch.

Sorry, I completely forgot about the footswitch. I've literally never used it, so I forgot I had it stored away. I've added it into my original post, so it's included as well. I also added a pic of it in there.

How does this compare to like the Streamliner 900 for sound, tubes, overdrive capable, etc. I am interested if they are the same or similar

I think it's very different from the Streamliner. I owned a Streamliner 900 before the ShuttleMAX. The Streamliner's sound is very thick, has a ton of low-end, and is very tube-like. I don't feel it's very versatile. But the one thing that it does, it does very well. It wasn't for me though, because I could never get a lot of clarity from it in a full band mix. The ShuttleMAX is much more versatile and even across the lows, mids, and highs. It doesn't go as deep or as thick as the Streamliner, but I think it has a sound that gets more clarity in a full band mix. I think it can cover more ground than the Streamliner because of its versatility. Also, the Streamliner is very picky about what cab you pair it with. It can sound really good or really bad, depending on what cab it's running through. The ShuttleMAX, on the other hand, is not picky about cabs at all. It'll sound good through most any good cab.
