G.A.S. has reared its ugly head once again so Im putting up my 2011 Fender American Standard P bass for sale. It has an Alder body, 3TSB color, a beautifully grained Rosewood neck and its currently strung with .045/.105 Elixirs. It also comes with 2 genuine Fender pickguards (Parchment & Tortoise), Dunlop Dual Design Straploks (Ill give you your choice of either chrome or black) and I will also include a set of D'Addario Chromes that were cut for this bass.
Im very particular about my gear and take great care of everything I own (probably a touch of OCD

This bass is in what I consider to be played, but very well cared for condition, a conservative 8 out of 10. The only dings to speak of are on the headstock, about the size of a pencil tip (see pic) and on the lower edge of the body below the tone knob, thats about a 1/2 long (see pic). It has the typical finish swirls on the pickguard/body near the pickups and on the back of the bass from being played, the neck is straight, frets are in great condition, truss rod turns freely/works as it should and it weighs in at 8.5 lbs. on my digital bath scale. It comes in the original Fender ATA case thats in good condition with the exception of one latch (that works fine) but has the tip of the release lever broken off (see pic).
This is by far the best playing/sounding P bass Ive ever owned and I probably will regret doing this. I highly doubt the new owner will be unhappy with this bass.
