Got this in a trade from a fellow TBer and although it's truly quite nice I unfortunately have enough on my plate. Here's a quote
"The dual precision body is not available in the same way as before. I did some very heavy modification of a nice Japanese made p bass neck to make it fit the body perfectly. I am loathe to separate them now since I did so much work modifying the neck heel and also because that neck will never be able to be used for another bass, or unlikely to be, so it's worthless apart from this body. The other issue is that it requires a badass bridge that I don't currently have, in order to cover up all holes and also put the scale length at 34 inches with the current neck. On the plus side it has 2 EMG p bass pickups now, and I can include uninstalled EMG electronics, the bare bones version. As a side note, after the neck heel was reshaped the sanded parts were refinished in 3 coats of spray on poly so there should be no issues with the wood turning grey or soaking up moisture. As you can see from the pics I did a very good job without modifying the neck pocket on the body, which is 2.5 inches wide."
Just a note above to explain the current state of the bass..
Trades are welcomed but the value will be 15% higher.
Electronics and wiring are all included...
Thanks,
Rap
