I bought a few new Spectors, so I need to make some space. Up for sale is my Euro 4LX. As one who never leaves things well enough alone, here are the modifications I made:

Custom Refinish - This beautiful Cherry Sunburst was done professionally by New Orleans Guitars.

Black Hardware

Aguilar OBP-2 Preamp (controls are vol/bal/treble/bass)

The only trades I would consider would be for a Precision of some sort that has a jazz neck with money in either direction.

$1250 shipped with Spector Hardshell Case in the continental US.

If you have any doubts about how great this refinish looks on stage, check it out. In regards to the guy in the wig and leather pants, well that is another story!!!!

We have shelved the tribute band and I've lost about 30 pounds, so I'll be happy to send along the pants and wig!!!!! So many jokes about "pleather fat pants"!!!! :D

I'm generally not a sunburst guy but this is definitely a sexy look! I am ALWAYS down for some black hardware on a spector!

How does the aguilar sound with the stock emgs? I have an obp3 to install on one of my Euro's and am curious to get someone else's opinion before the "operation".

The Aggie is cool. Definitely cleaner than a tonepump or haz. Closer to the EMG in clarity but maybe a tad warmer.

I have a cool P-bass for sale, but I'm trying to thin, not maintain the herd, so I won't mention it here (did I just mention it?).
