I played this neck through a lot of gigs and the guy before me did too. I believe the wear is real, but ya know, doesn't matter, it's a solid neck, plenty of fret left, light!! and truss rod works great..... 1 5/8" at the nut.....it's a neck, it'll look good on your relic'd bass!
Tuners are generic, couldn't tell you what kind. They work great! One of them has a little bit of play when there's no string tension, but it NEVER slipped or moved on me and I don't think it ever will.
