Up for trade is this awesome and gorgeous Conklin Groove Tools GT-7.
I just picked this up in a local trade. It plays great, and sounds incredible! Superb clarity and definition, but this thing is just way too much for me as I typically play 4 strings and even 5's make me a little nervous. I'm getting the hang of it, but just don't ever see myself playing a show with it.

It's in great condition, besides a couple little dings, check out the photos. Also, at some point, someone replaced the B-string tuner with a Gotoh. It's almost identical to the other 6 and I didn't notice until I had had the for over two weeks. Subtle to say the least. The strap button on the top horn was switched to a bracket, which is far better. I've actually never seen someone do this on any bass, but it looks and balances amazing and is far more trust-worthy than the single screw in the body. It came with the non-stock chickenhead knobs, but I changed them out for something a little nicer looking, check the images.
A local deal (willing to drive reasonable distance) would be highly preferable, to save us both shipping costs. If I do have to ship it, it will be shipped in a generic gig bag and professionally packed.
