This has been gigged hard.....I've had it for 2+ years now and its seen easily 100+ gigs a year and at least that many rehearsal a year. I've always used rechargeable batteries in it and it's always been on my pedalboard mounted securely.
I had to send it back and have the battery door replaced on it once because the latch broke. THe door is maybe about 3 months old on it and they replaced the jack on the transmitter too.
Now what the issue is.....the main output jack died. I tried taking it out to see if I can fix it but ended up making it worse so I just took it out all together. The aux out/tuner out works 100% and I've been gigging it like that for some time now. The issue I personally have with this unit now is that the one band I perform with purchased a ipad/mackie setup and sometimes it causes this G50 to drop out. I have no issues with it except when its near the mackie base which now seems to live on my side of the stage. I've tried other channels but it doesn't play well with whatever is happening there. I'm about finished with it......I'm either gonna try another type of unit at this point or just buy some quality cords and call it a day.....probably the cords honestly.
Anyway because the jack is messed up I'm selling it cheap. Like I said its well used.......and the main out is broke.....but it still works 100% through the aux out.
