These are arguably the best consumer speakers ever made by Cerwin-Vega from their audiophile 2000 series back in the 80's.
There is a 15" Woofer, SIX x 6" mids and a Dhorm tweeter in each huge cabinet for enormous sound output. If you have a large room and like to play LOUD, there is no comparison. The impact of the sound from the column of mids cannot be reproduced by standard speakers and the bass from the two 15s is heart-stopping. The pair of speakers are capable of creating 125 dB SPL! They have been modified for bi-amping so you can have your sound even cleaner at that level.
It is killing me to sell these, but I just don't have the room for them any longer.
The woofers were re-built at the C-V factory a few years ago and are like new. The walnut cabinets and grill cloths are near perfect.
