For sale is my Bag End D12E-C 2x12 ELF sealed sub with frequency response down to 18hz! I thought it was a D12-D 2x12 compact bass cab. Pretty rare from what I can tell, very shallow, almost no foot print. Excellent as a small portable rig. Used my MarkBass with it, sounded great, just missing that sparkle a tweeter would add to the sound, so not "full range". Just no room in the arsenal for it. This is the made in USA, black carpet version, not the burgundy carpet like Bag End normally does (retail was over $1000).

$325 shipped CONUS or $285 local pickup and cash in San Diego.

May consider trades plus or minus cash for another Epifani UL112 series II, almost anything Bergantino an may consider a 4 ohm Schroeder cab. Can combine with some of my other gear/basses for a bigger trade towards an old Wariwck, Dingwall or Roscoe. Cheers!

From the label it appears to be a subwoofer, probably not intended to be played full range. With an ELF integrator it would no doubt shake the house! Bag End stuff is really top notch.

Looks like you are correct. I bought it off a guy locally and was told differently. When I plugged it in, it sounded real big for how tiny it is, but it is missing the sparkly high end. Might be just the right cab to pair with a second cab with tweeter :)
Price lowered to $360 shipped.

If its like their other cabinets made to use with the ELF system its worth more than that. If it doesn't sell here you might try to sell it on a hi-fi or PA forum. For bass it'd probably kill as part of a bi-amp rig with a full-range cab on top.

morebass! You are totally right, looks like these have been used in some serious bi amped bass rigs, as high end studio subs, and home and pa subs. It is a sealed design that can do 18hz!!! Ridiculous. Regardless, she is still available for anyone who wants to tame this monster, they were over a grand new.
