I am selling a very nice Ernie Ball Musicman Stingray 5 bass. It was made in 2000 and it is a lovely Transparent Teal. It weighs about 10 pounds, 9 ounces.
It is a great player, but is also in exceptional shape for a 14 year old bass. The finish is still glossy, with just light playwear and the frets are in great shape.
There is some tarnishing of the hardware, a light cymbal ding on the back of the neck around the second fret, some marks that may have come from a ring at the 6th fret, and a small chip on the back of the headstock. None of these things are major, but I would want to know about them if I was buying it -- all of them are pictured in the Photobucket link below. It has kind of dead roundwounds on it now, so plan on putting your preferred strings on it when it shows up.
Included is the original hard case that is in pretty good shape, except that one of the four latches is broken.
I really need to make room and concentrate on the basses I actually play, so no trades on this one.
I am asking $1100 obo, which includes insured UPS ground shipping in the 48 states. PayPal is ok.
