2006 Electrical Guitar Company T6061 all aluminum 8 string. 11.5 lbs on my digital scale. Hand made custom one off custom instrument. Utilizes Rickenbacker components. Piano like sustain for days. This has Pearl Jam's "Jeremy" sound to the T. Kings X, Yes, Led Zepp - Your own originals......this bass is a bad to the bone, head turning instrument that sounds incredible and plays effortlessly. Whoa. Thats beautiful. And 11.5 lbs ? Mine is 14. But worth every indent that its made in my shoulder. There is no bass with tone like these. Natural chorus like top end. And the deepest lows that I've gotten out of any of the bass's Ive owned. Dude, are you sure you wanna sell this?

Not bad. My acyrlic Fernandes mockingbird weighs about the same. Good comfy strap and the weight is no problem. Wish I had use for an 8 string because I love unique basses like this.

I totally agree - I won't be sorry if this doesn't sell. At a festival, we opened with Pearl Jam's "Jeremy" then went right into "It's Love" from Kings X and the crowd was flipping out. The venues FOH Engineer had his lighter lit and the monitor engineer was all smiles. This bass totally rocks! Thanks for your input. I played Tom Petersson's EGC 12er and it was awesome. Didn't seem that heavy. Nice neck. GLWTS!

This one was played by Tom as well. At the time, as I understand it, Tom was under contract with Waterstone and couldn't accept this bass. This is an awesome instrument. If she doesn't sell, I won't be sorry!
