This is a very nice neck from a Fender PB70 bass (CIJ). Fantastic quality. Frets show only minor wear. Straight with no issues, and trussrod works fine. Nut is 1.625" wide. Heel is standard Fender width. Fits on my American Fenders just fine.
The headstock has a few minor dings and a chip in the clearcoat.
I filled the factory mounting holes with epoxy putty which is very strong and drillable. I've used this method dozens of times and it works great.
