Just got this last week. Selling to start my 11 year old out, I would just give this to him but he is a lefty. If anyone has a lefted handed starter I would be happy to trade. When I received this bass there were a few issues that the seller didn't mention 1.) The battery compartment: one of the ferrules came loose when I went to change the battery; I fixed it with toothe picks and Superglue. And 2.) Someone has done a dismal job of filing the nut! If I were to keep it I would address this ( works fine just looks shoddy. And 3.) The seller specifically stated that the bass was set-up with new strings! Well it is now, I believe a 2008 model ash body, 3 band pre. Active passive switch and top load or string through the body. If you like Precision necks this is for you. I wouldn't compare this to a Stingray it is closer to a G&L L-2000 really has it's own sound very versatile. Only issue is no pickguard screw holes filled with black nail polish. Comes well packed with el cheapo gig bag. Paypal prefered. Price lowered one day to 200.00 plus actual shipping to your location. Insane deal, and i'm eating 60.00 plus bucks.
