Hey there DrD. Those the only cab options you're looking for?
I don't have anything quite as elaborate as those cabs in your list. But I do have a GB NeoX 112T cab. But another cab I have is a older Eden D210T cab. But it has newer Em Deltalite II 2510's in it. So it's now a lighter, nicer sounding 4 ohm 210 cab. I mean this thing kicks but. I've used it at house parties, restaurant gigs or at much larger venues; when I have PA support. I've used my Markbass F1 or GB SHuttle 9.2 heads with it and always with one of my 5 string basses. It handles all no problem. I've not weighed this D210 but I can do that. Thinking its about 30+ pounds just off top of my head.
And though its' an older cab, the rat fur is all in good shape, no tears or pilling. The metal grill is in near perfect condtion, no scrapes or dings. Just a solid cab.
I also have the original Eden cab cover for it. And the cover is in very good shape as well, no tears or rips nothing. Of course, I'd be adding some $$ in to make the deal work.
