For sale is my 1976 Bicentennial Gibson Thunderbird Bass. It sounds and plays AMAZING! According to FlyGuitars, there were only 224 of these made in natural. My reason for selling is that it just doesn’t get played like it should and I could use the money. It has not had a neck repair like most of the ones that come up for sale. Comes with the usual bumps and bruises for a bass this old… please see pics for actual condition. Included is the OHSC. I also have a custom made flight case for sale that was made specifically for THIS Tbird. I am asking $3000 plus $50 shipping (Cont US) for the bass/OHSC and an extra $400 plus actual shipping for the flight case (it’s big and heavy). If you buy both I’ll take off $100 and the Tbird can be shipped in the flight case with the OHSC sent out empty. If there isn’t any interest on here I am going to put it up on Ebay but would much rather sell to a TB’er. Any questions feel free. This is a used and vintage item so it is being sold as is.
