This is by far the cleanest US Peavey I have owned. I've owned a lot. Looks darn near mint condition. It evens has the original manual and US Manufactured card with it. Trust me, you'd be hard fast to find a cleaner one.
This may be the Millennium Plus version. I'm sure the Peavey experts will help me out here. (Doesn't seem to have a Drop Tuner or Straploks, so I'm guessing it's not)
