Mid-90's SSD (Stuart Spector Design, Inc.) Spector Bass made in the Czech Republic. These early SSD basses were made with the same neck wood, fingerboards, tuners, bridges, pickups, and preamp options as the American Spectors (Woodstock). They have solid maple wings like the USA Spectors and are different from the Euro series that followed which do not have solid wings. This bass even has some flame to the maple on top.
This bass is immaculate with no dings or nicks to speak of. The neck is in fantastic shape with a fully functioning truss rod. Frets are at 90-95%. Plays beautifully and is extremely responsive to touch. EMG pups with EMG BT preamp make this bass come alive! Also comes with a Tone Pump preamp if that is more your thing. Took this on a trade for another bass and have decided not to keep it.
