I have for sale an increasingly hard to find Aguilar AG500 2x12 combo. These amps are really great. I don't know why Aguilar stopped making combos
. In any case, I've had this one for about 6 years. Its performed flawlessly the whole time. That said the carpet covering is getting a little matted at it tends to, one or two of the knobs have dents/marks on them, and the sticker that is on the tweeter attenuator is peeling on one corner. None of these things affect the sound. I also bought a custom purple vinyl cover for it. That was about $75. The cover has become pretty well used over the past couple years but it has been protecting the amp. Also the original casters we're pretty beat up when I got the amp and got progressively more so over the first couple years I owned it. So I replaced them with some bigger more beefy wheels that are not removable. It would be easy to replace the original style casters though if you wished (but I no longer have them so that's something that you'd have to do).
I'd like to keep this sale relatively local. I travel a lot in the northeast so if you're anywhere from NJ/NY to anywhere New England (CT, MA, ME, NH, VT, RI) Let me know. I also periodically go to DC/MD. I would be willing to meet somewhere halfway as well.
As far as trades go I might be open to a partial trade for a 2x12 or 6x10 or maybe 4x12 cab and would prefer 4ohm. There's not a ton of basses I'm looking for at the moment but try me if you've got an offer. As always cash is king and I prefer an outright sale.
