Up for sale is a American Made Fender Jazz bass 5 string. This bass has some upgrades to the electronics that make it a lot beefier then an off the shelf USA Jazz.
The pickups have been upgraded to Lindy Fralin pickups and has had a orange cap installed with those pickups. I have the original Fender stock pickups to toss in. The controls have been rewired as Volume/Blend/Tone which I feel made more sense.
This bass originally had a maple neck however the previous owner swapped it out with an Fender American Made 5 string Precision Bass Rosewood neck. The neck are the exact same and from the same American Standard series, just the decal says Precision instead of Jazz.
Bass has just been setup with ultra low action and fresh strings from "The String Broker". Bass has the usual dings and marks from a bass that has been gigged over its lifetime.
The bass also comes with the Fender Hardshell case in great shape.
