Yes. Active and can be toggled on and off with the push/pull volume knob.

Plek'd and actually pretty light. I would guess around 9 lbs. I can weigh it on the bathroom scale if you need me to.

Per request from a PM I have attached a front and back photo of the gig bag. It's a generic mid-level gig bag. Nothing fancy.

Also someone asked about the weight - it's coming up at 8.4 pounds on the digital bathroom scale. Very comfortable on the shoulder.

I'm in the process of selling off my collection. I have sold the white Squire Jazz and the red 5 string jazz but the other ones are still available.
The black one in the front is a MIM Jazz bass with a AllParts jazz neck with Pearl blocks and binding with the nut width you requested and has Duncan Hot Stacks pickups. Let me know if you have any interest in it or the other basses. Thanks !
