I'm looking to pare down my bass collection and this is one of the basses I've decided to part with. I'm down to just playing in church a few times per week and don't really need a bunch of basses anymore. Plus I'm not that big a 5 string player. I picked this bass up in a trade a few weeks ago and I can tell you that it's in fantastic shape. It sounds awesome and I was surprised by how well it plays. I strung it up with a fresh set of GHS Pressurewounds and played it for two services. It looks new except for a small ding on the back that I've attempted to catch in the photos. I've included a Fender hard case with it that is in very good condition functionally, but has a few cosmetic scratches (care of my cat Marley) in the vinyl that I've repaired with some shiny silver duct tape. The previous owner also upgraded the input jack for some reason. It weighs about 9.4 pounds on my highly inaccurate digital bathroom scale. I've seen the weight on these range from 8.5 to 10 pounds, so 9.4 is about right.
