Whirlwind Orange Box Phaser. From some of the guys who created the original Phase 90. Classic '70s script-logo style sound, hand-wired, and with an LED. Has a couple of nicks in the paint (the white marks by the knob above the waveform are reflections, not scuffs). No velcro. Comes with the box, velvet bag, stickers and paperwork plus a Dunlop knob cover for adjusting on the fly. I got this to try it out and it sounds great, I just want exp control.
