I've only had it a few weeks. If I weren't building a house right now I would definitely keep it. I just feel guilty having such a valuable bass when I've got a house to pay for.

It plays like a dream. The action is set super low and it plays very fast and smooth. It is very comfortable and easy to play along with being pretty light weight.

I think we've all experienced: It's a rare low B string that is as strong, pitch-focused, and harmonically balanced as higher strings -- especially without the benefit of very long scale.

How would you describe the B string on this one? Only fair, middlin', or better than you might expect?

I'm not the best at describing tone, but it's definitely a strong B string. It's right on par with the B on the 34" Ken Smith BSRJ5 that I traded for this bass.

I'm glad to hear you are still enjoying it. I wish I wouldn't have needed to sell it. It's the most comfortable bass I've ever played. If you ever decide to sell it, let me know. Lol.
