Hey TB, I've got a couple of gems here. I don't want to sell either one but I'm just not gigging enough to justify owning so many basses. My jazz basses and vintage Fenders are staying put so these gotta go.
First up is a new (and I mean NEW) Ernie Ball Classic Sabre. This is the only bass I've ever played that can cover both Stingray and vintage Fender tones. The back pickup soloed sounds like an old 2 band Stingray, the neck pickup gets you in P -bass territory. Has a birdseye maple gloss neck, contoured body (not slab like the Ray Classics), compensated nut, and vintage 2 band eq. Bass is in FANTASTIC condition, if there's a scratch or blemish on it I sure can't find it. Ships in original case.
Sell for $1125 shipped. SOLD!
Next up is a newer Lakland 4402. This bass has sold me on the PLEK procedure. Action gets looooow with no buzzing, way lower than I like. I swapped out the stock Lakland pickups with an OEM Stingray and a Fender Super Splitcoil jazz in the neck position. WOW what a difference! Sounds great with a ton more punch and guts. The MM soloed sounds VERY close to my Stingray now. I have the original pickups, buyer can choose stock (my tech can put the Laklands back in a day) or with both sets of pickups for an additional $75. It's in great shape with only very minor, normal player wear. Comes with a gigbag.
Sell for $760 shipped. NO LONGER FOR SALE!

THE ONLY TRADES I WILL CONSIDER: vintage reissue Fender jazz basses (60s or 70s). I am not interested in any other gear.
