Up for sale is a Zoom H4n portable digital recorder. It's the four-channel, with an excellent stereo 90/120-degree mic, plus dual XLR/instrument inputs with phantom power, and USB audio interface. Records onto SD cards as 24-bit/96kHz WAV or MP3, and gets 11 hours per set of AA batteries.
This thing is the gold standard in portable recorders, and is great for doing quick multitrack stuff, or just throwing it in a corner at a practice and capturing everything. It's also very popular with podcasters and for outboard sound for DSLR filmmakers.
I bought this back in August, tested it for about 15 minutes, and then it ended up in the closet. Includes a plastic carry case, foam windscreen, USB cable, tripod-to-mic-stand adapter, manual, CD for CuBase LE6, and power supply. I've upped the SD card from the included 1GB to a 2GB, and thrown in an XLR Y cable (use it to bounce that single DI output to both tracks.) Includes the original box (not pictured.)
$199 new, I'm pricing to sell at $165. Price includes shipping to the lower 48. I'd prefer PayPal and to keep the sale CONUS-only. I'm saying no trades, and in no need of gear, but I'd always consider partial credit on another bass if you want to try me.
