To me they seemed to have a little more air in the notes, not as compressed. They are pretty aggressive pickups especially in the sadowksy modern pickup placement. They had a nice growl to them.

Hello Would you know if this would fit The lakland 5501? At first i thought this has the original casing but i noticed that this was from a sadowsky. I know that my bass has a 19mm spacing but i'm not sure if this would fit

I believe the Lakland 55 01 are different sizes. They are narrower than these.

yeah just researched and the MK1s at 4.25x1.33 inches. too bad i really wanted some nordstrands as an upgrade
