The Acoustic 370 is well known and well loved on this board and for good reason. It's a fantastic head with massive tone and all the vintage cool you want. 3 Band tone stack and a 5 band EQ make it very powerful to dial in a killer tone. The head is in great shape and none of the pots or jacks are scratchy. It has always been said that to get the most out of an Acoustic head, you need an Acoustic cabinet. But let's face it, whether it's the 301, the 408 or even the 106, they are heavy and difficult to move.

Enter the Greenboy Dually. This was built by Scabbey Road and is loaded with a pair of the 4 ohm Faital Pro's. Rich vintage sound, massive and loud. No one will every have an issue hearing you with this setup. The Dually was made with slide rails, tilt casters and handles. It uses two vertical side handles to allow for either a suitcase or bear hug carry. In any case, it's very easy to move, and pretty light at approximately 60 lbs. This Dually was specifically built for the 370 head. It uses the 4 ohm drivers and has a switch that will select your impedance at either 2 ohms (parallel) or 8 ohms (series). Running the cabinet at 2 ohms lets you squeeze all 300 someodd watts out of the 370 and fully experience what it's capable of.

How do they sound together? Spectacular, loud, warm, punchy, just about everything. It really is a very good combination. But I am no longer in the band I was in, and for the foreseeable future this will end up sitting in my garage, so it needs a new home. Like a big lab, it needs room to run and make lots of pretty noise. I need to let it go to a new loving home :).

Selling the stack together for $1,400. This is for local sale, not for shipping, I have had a lot of problems shipping cabinets especially. Just not good experiences, and I feel much MUCH better selling local, or meeting up somewhere to make a deal.

As for trades, I really don't NEED any new gear. But hell it is TB so who are we all kidding right? No amps, let's start off with that. I don't want a trade for an amp. I would be willing to accept a Fearful 12/6 Cube (cube highly preferred) as a partial trade. On the bass front, the only real hole I have that I could see myself filling is with a 5 string Music Man, either a Sterling or Stingray. Maple board preferred.

EDIT: Adding to the Trade list, a pair of Aguilar DB 112's or GS 112.

Wow I really like that dually and I also own an Acoustic 320 that would sound awesome with the Dually.

Does the 320 go down to 2 Ohms too? There is a great thread where JohnK talks about his Acoustic 320 and 370's. Both really good. All I'm gonna say is that this stack would give you the ultimate, a kicking Dually that matches perfectly with either a 320 or a 370 head . I am evil I know.

I'm pretty sure it does 2 ohms. I run it at 4 ohms with no issues. I really do not use it much because it's loud as hell and I only play at home for now.

Old meets new and kicks ass as a team! I used a 370 with 2 15 EVM's for many years, I'd love to take these for a spin!

I bet that sounded sweet. Yeah this is a good combo too. The Faitals has a very JBL vintage sound. That and running the 2 ohms, really increases the balls the amp is capable of compared to 8 or even 4 ohms. It ROARS.
